About Me
I am a LCSW specializing in mental health therapy for children and adolescents. I have experience in working with children and adolescents with ADHD, trauma, oppositional defiant disorder, anxiety, depression, and more.
My Approach
I believe in using a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with children, adolescents, and their parents to identify goals and develop a customized treatment plan. I also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
**** I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare insurance. I do offer a discount for self-pay and Medicaid clients.
